(Full Time, Part time and Contract Positions) Job Description: Conduct daily activities of Fox Flight Head Office. Full Time positions are salaried, with benefits (after probationary period), Part Time and Contract position are hourly. Shifts are 8 -14 hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Office duties include:- Call taking
- Dispatching
- Flight planning
- Scheduling
- General office duties
- Possess excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Self Motivated
- Ability to adapt, and work without direct supervision
- Excellent computer skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet Utilization
- Data Entry Skills
- Proficient in healthcare terminology
- Valid Passport (preferred)
- Current BCLS (CPR)
- Valid Class "F" drivers license (preferred), with clean drivers abstract
- Medical Experience -- AEMCA/EMCA, EFR (preferred)
Opportunities may exist, for future ground transfers, as well as domestic / international air ambulance and commercial patient repatriation, as qualifications allow.

(Contract Position) Job Description: Conduct domestic and international air ambulance and commercial patient repatriations. Clinical skills in emergency and/or intensive care, required. This person reports to the Clinical Nurse Specialist, and the Medical Director. Qualifications / Certifications: (Individuals must meet the following)- Certificate of Registration, with the College of Nurses (or equivalent, if training outside of Ontario).
- At least, 2 years, recent full time critical care experience (ER, ICU, CCU etc.)
- Current BCLS (within last 2 years)
- Current ACLS (within last 2 years)
- Current PALS (preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Current NRP (preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Auditing of ATLS course (preferred, or willingness to complete within 6 months of hire)
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to work independently, and as part of multidisciplinary team
- Excellent assessment / communication / decision making skills
- Speak, read, write fluent English
- Valid Passport
Training in aeromedical flight physiology, will be provided as part of Fox Flight Orientation program.

(Contract Position) Job Description: Conduct domestic and international air ambulance and commercial patient repatriations. Clinical skills in emergency and/or intensive care, required. This person reports to the Clinical Nurse Specialist, and the Medical Director. Qualifications / Certifications: (Individuals must meet the following)- Minimum grade 12 education, or proven equivalency approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education
- Diploma / Certificate from Community College, in Paramedicine / Ambulance and Emergency Care
- AEMCA / EMCA certification
- At least, 2 years, recent full time experience (will consider individuals with less time and those that are AEMCA pending)
- Valid class âFâ, or higher, with clean drivers abstract.
- Must meet all of the requirements (including medical) as per Ambulance Act and Regulations, and provide proof.
- Possess Symptom Relief and Defibrillation document signed by a medical director of a Base Hospital Program designated by the Ministry of Health, and Long Term Care.
